NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons holding or claiming liens pursuant to the provisions of NRS 108.221 to 108.246, inclusive, on the real property and improvements described herein to file with the Clerk of the Court and serve upon Plaintiff written Statements of the Facts constituting their liens, together with the dates and amounts thereof.
